Account Information

Your username will be either your primary SAAS ID number or
your primary SAAS email address (following the format of either firstname.lastname@sa.gov.au or firstname.lastname@saasvolunteer.sa.gov.au).

If you have multiple roles within SAAS your primary ID
number and email address will be your employee number (7 digits) and your
@sa.gov.au email address.

Forgot your Password

If you do not remember your password, in the first instance
click the ‘Forgotten your username or password?’ link above, you will need to
know either your username or primary email address associated with your
eLearning account to use this function.

If you do not know either of these please email Health.SAASeLearning@sa.gov.au

Note: Password reset emails may take up to an hour to
arrive, please also check your spam/junk folder if it is not received within an
hour.

Clinical Education eLearning Enquiries and Issues

If you are still having trouble logging in, or need to
contact Clinical Education about an eLearning issue, please send an email to

hours (08:00-17:00), any enquiries that are sent outside of these hours will
not be actioned until the next business day.
